As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The Sales Executive Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business while maintaining and developing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, promoting Texstyle Solutions’ products and services, and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively generating new business through outbound sales, networking, and lead follow-up
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer delivery
- Keeping up to date with products, market trends, and competitor activity
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven, and customer-focused.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a sales role (B2B experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and target-driven mindset
- The ability to build long-term client relationships
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
